General tools like Notion or Monday.com are built to be flexible — which means they require a lot of setup and workarounds for construction use cases. Wiiseto is purpose-built: stakeholder roles, project document structure, milestone tracking, and compliance workflows are all native to the product, not add-ons.
Your data is stored in European data centers. Wiiseto is built with Swiss data privacy standards (nFADP) and is working toward full GDPR compliance. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
The alpha includes company management, role-based access control, project creation and archiving, task assignment, milestone tracking, and an activity feed per project. Cloud storage and the document hub are in active development for v0.3.0.
There is no free plan. The Starter plan begins at $5/month and is designed for freelancers and solo project managers. Starter plan come with a 14-day free trial, and pricing may change during alpha — waitlist members get access to founder pricing when we launch publicly.
The web app is fully responsive and works on mobile browsers today. A native iOS app is on the roadmap — you can follow progress on our public roadmap page.
