The app and its database run on AWS in Zurich, Switzerland, and files are stored in the EU. Every connection is encrypted, and files are encrypted at rest. AI features run in the EU region: they go through OpenRouter, a US company, with zero data retention, only to Mistral AI, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud and Inceptron, and some processing, such as reading documents, goes directly to Mistral AI.
